Having started in the software industry, Ninon made her shift to telecommunications by joining Globalive in 2001. With a solid background in sales and marketing within companies like MGI Software, KL Group and Dell Computer Corp., Ninon brings a rounded approach to her position at Globalive, overseeing the launches of new products and services across an array of business units. Ninon attributes Globalive’s decade of success to the company’s flexibility and agility, which have allowed it to adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace. Ninon joined Globalive in 2001 as Marketing Manager and was promoted only four years later to Director New Product Development for the entire portfolio of Globalive products. She is responsible for researching and evaluating new product ideas, writing product specifications, project managing the development cycle and coordinating requirements with internal departments to ensure successful new product launches. She will receive an MBA from Queen’s University in May 2010.
