Starting with Globalive in 2000, Scott brought extensive customer service experience to the fledgling company. Scott’s progression through the company has been steady; starting as a Customer Service Representative, moving into the Operations team within a year, and on to Operations Manager in late 2003. In September of 2007, Scott shifted to the Provisioning Manager role in OneConnect and joined his customer-focused and process-oriented attitude to an already excellent team. In August of 2008, Scott assumed the role of Director of Operations for OneConnect.
