  • Federal Court Of Appeal Extends Stay And Sets Date For Wind Mobile Hearing

  • Toronto, March 1, 2011 – The Federal Court of Appeal has set May 18, 2011 as the date it will hear the appeals brought by WIND Mobile and the Canadian Government following the Federal Court’s recent judgment that the Cabinet order regarding WIND Mobile’s ownership contained two “legal errors” and should be quashed. The Court of Appeal also granted a stay of that Federal Court judgment until it decides whether it should stand.
