Anthony Lacavera, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer anthonylacavera@globalive.com Anthony Lacavera, co-founded Globalive Communications Corp. in 1998, only one year after completing a computer engineering degree at the University of Toronto. In 10 short years, Lacavera has led the company through the launch of over 18 successful products in over 30 countries, and to earning several prestigious recognitions including: being ranked the fastest-growing company in Canada in the 16th annual rankings of Profit Magazine, being one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for three consecutive years, being ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, and winning a place in Canadian Business Magazine’s Top 30 Workplaces in Canada. Anthony also serves as co-founder and Chairman of several of Globalive’s present and past portfolio companies, including Enunciate Conferencing, OneConnect Services, Cohere Conferencing, Join The Call and most recently acquired Yak Communications. In 2006, Lacavera was named to the celebrated Top 40 Under 40 list, at the age of 31. |

Ezio D’Onofrio, President and Chief Operating Officer eziodonofrio@globalive.com Ezio has 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry with such companies as Rogers Cable in Toronto, and Le Groupe Videotron, where he was involved in the start-up of their cable TV/telephony/internet network in the United Kingdom and U.S.A. Ezio oversees the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Network Engineering departments. During his tenure with Globalive, Ezio was responsible for a restructuring within the company that resulted in significant cost-savings and a more cohesive organizational structure. Prior to joining Globalive, Ezio was the Director of Operations managing budget and Capital expenditures for the Toronto and Vancouver video, data and fiber optic networks of a private Canadian voice, video and data provider. |

Brice Scheschuk, CA Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources bricescheschuk@globalive.com Brice has been with Globalive since September 2003. Brice brings 15 years of financial experience in the telecommunications, technology, media and financial industries to the company. He has worked with such companies as Leitch Technology Corporation, Level Jump Financial Group, Inc., a U.S. OTC-BB listed investor relations’ company and NASDAQ registered broker-dealer. Brice received a BComm Hon. Finance degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in April 1994 and earned his Canadian Chartered Accountant designation while working for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) from May 1994 through September 1998. |

Simon Lockie, Chief Legal Officer simonlockie@globalive.com Simon manages all aspects of Globalive's legal affairs, including transactions, regulatory compliance and policy, litigation, contract review and negotiations, corporate governance and employment law issues. Simon also works actively to identify and effect appropriate investments, partnerships and acquisitions for Globalive, as well as working to integrate such investments into Globalive's existing operations. Prior to joining Globalive, Simon was a partner at one of Canada's leading transactional law firms. Simon's experience there involved a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, film and television production and distribution, real estate, entertainment, consumer products, manufacturing and transportation. Simon graduated from the University of Toronto with his B.A. (Hon.) in Philosophy, and obtained his LL.B. from McGill University, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. |

Stewart Thompson, Vice President Corporate Development stewartthompson@globalive.com Stewart brings extensive telecom management expertise in finance, operations, sales, and customer service to Globalive. Prior to joining Globalive, Stewart held executive positions at AT&T Canada Corp, where he managed a budget in excess of $400 million and headed initiatives that resulted in cumulative cost savings exceeding $200 million over four years. Stewart was also appointed Vice President Wholesale for AT&T Canada, where he led a sales and customer service team with revenues of over $300 million. “Globalive maintains a level of excellence by continuing to develop service enhancements to its offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.” |

Andre Cote, Vice President Sales, Canopco andrecote@globalive.com As a telecom veteran with over 20 years in the industry, Andre continues to lead the dedicated Canopco sales team with 25 years of experience in sales. Before adding Globalive to his resume in 2004, Andre gained much of his knowledge and expertise within the Service Bureau Company of CDC, Gould Electronics, AT&T, Bombardier Capital, and became the Co-Founder and Vice President of Capital Markets North America for Onmark Corporation as well as the President & CEO of Canada Payphone Corporation which was acquired by Globalive in September 2004. Andre attributes Globalive’s success to its flexibility, creativity and alertness to new technology. “Globalive continues to serve its customers with a constant commitment to excellence and offerings that help them to be successful.” |

Gianni Creta, Vice President Solutions Engineering giannicreta@globalive.com Gianni is responsible for interacting with existing and new customers to deliver products and services accustomed to their needs. Using the experience gained at Globalive since inception as well as being in the telecom industry for over ten years, Gianni will bring together the different products and services offered by Globalive and its affiliate companies to satisfy a customer requirement. Gianni also works very closely with the rest of the executive team on cost control, revenue growth, M&A activities, and new ventures. Prior to being in this role, Gianni acted as Chief Technology Officer for both Globalive and OneConnect. In that capacity, Gianni developed Globalive's proprietary softswitching and application technologies, architected new applications, and innovated Globalive's technology roadmap and strategy. Gianni is an Honours graduate from the University of Toronto’s Computer Engineering Program and helped launch Globalive back in 1998. |

Hugh Hagen, Vice President International Business Development hughhagen@globalive.com Hugh has helped to forge some of Globalive's most important partnerships, including agreements with AT&T, Sprint Canada, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Delta Hotels and Six Continents. He is also Globalive’s lead in developing telephone relationships internationally. Hugh has over twenty-five years of senior sales and management experience both in start-up and established environments including telecom, commercial real estate and financial services. Prior to joining Globalive, Hugh was Director of Sales, Eastern Canada, for a private Canadian voice, video and data provider. |

Gerry Marshall, Vice President Business Development and Digital Media gerrymarshall@globalive.com A leader, motivator, and authority in the field of communications, Gerry brings his expertise in consumer relations to the Globalive team. Gerry drives revenue by managing Globalive’s partnered media buyers in Canada, USA and the U.K. He also works on formulating strategic plans to increase sales and profitability for the Digital Media division. Gerry now brings over 20 years of experience with Rogers/MacLean Hunter Cable systems, in various capacities, including Manager of Operations Engineering and Acting Vice President to the Globalive and Freefone team. “One of the best things about Globalive is that we do things because they are the right things to do not because that’s the way it's always been done. Taras Kapanaiko, VP Network Engineering Yak Communications (Canada) Corp. taraskapanaiko@globalive.com Joining the team in January 2007, Taras brings thirteen years of experience in engineering and operations to the Yak team. He has held engineering and operations management and executive level positions serving various fast growth entrepreneurial companies such as STN, ITS, and AT&T Canada. He has also worked as an independent technical telecom consultant for (TKI) for four years, specializing in prepaid and global communications services. Taras is also one of the founding members of dial around 450 Tel. Taras attributes Globalive’s success to speed to market and flawless execution of diverse, best in class Telecom services from its formidable group of sister companies. Andrew Boone, VP Business Development (Consumer) andrewboone@globalive.com Andrew brings 12 years of telecommunications sales and marketing experience to the Globalive team and now leads new business development for consumer brands. He has worked within many organizations including the ACC, Sprint, Yak, Telehop, and was one of the founders of 450Tel. Ninon Laforce, Director New Product Development ninonlaforce@globalive.com Starting in the software industry, Ninon made her shift to telecommunications in 1992 and eventually moved to Globalive in 2002. With about 17 years in sales and marketing within companies like MGI Software, KL Group and Dell Computer Corp., Ninon brings a rounded approach to her position at Globalive, overseeing the launches of new products and services across an array of business units. Ninon attributes Globalive’s decade of success to the company’s flexibility and agility allowing it to adapt quickly to changes in the market place. “We bring to market new products and services that either save our customers’ money and, or allow them to use new technology that improves their business or personal life.” |

Pierre Methe, Director of Operations pierremethe@globalive.com Pierre brings over 16 years of telecom experience in customer service to Globalive, and began with the company in January 1999. Moving quickly from a customer service operation in 1999 to Lead Supervisor only 10 months later, Pierre moved upward through the organization to his current position. Jocelyn Fraske, Director of Operations jocelynfraske@globalive.com Jocelyn is responsible for managing Operations for OneConnect, including operational provisioning, account management and field operations. Jocelyn has over twelve years of operational and business consulting experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries, among others. She has spent the past five years working internationally for Fortune 500 and other leading global companies on large operational change projects, including merger integration, call centre start-up, process re-design and system integration. Prior to this, Jocelyn was a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (now IBM). Jocelyn received her M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University and a B.A. degree from the University of Western Ontario.
