WIND Mobile Is Golden: 50th Location To Launch At Yorkdale Mall

WIND to commemorate the launch of its Yorkdale store with a weekend-long celebration including BlackBerry Bold giveaways
TORONTO – April 14, 2010 – WIND Mobile is opening its 50th retail location this weekend with the launch of its newest store in Yorkdale Mall. The weekend-long celebration will include BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 smartphone giveaways virtually every hour on the 50-minute mark from 10-7 on Saturday and 11-6 on Sunday, free Yak 500-minute long distance calling cards to the first 50 customers, and ‘grown up’ grab bags for visitors to the store this Saturday, April 17th and Sunday, April 18th.
Event activities include a BlackBerry® smartphone spa (cleaning and charging station for handsets), BlackBerry smartphone demos, interactive arcade (device to device play), a WIND lounge, DJ and snacks.
Anthony Lacavera, Chairman of Globalive and WIND Mobile, will be attending the event and is available for interviews.
